Petri half-frames are not the best known half-frames, but they were quality shooters with good features.
(1960) Petri jumped on the half-frame bandwagon with everyone else. This model was very similar in size and style to the Olympus Pen. It had a focusing 28mm (f2.8-16) lens. Speeds of B, 1/15 - 1/250. No meter -- manual exposure control only. Cold flash shoe and PC contact. The camera has a unique film advance/shutter cocking system. Instead of the common thumb activated lever, an index finder lever is located under the lens. Tripod socket and cable release socket.

(1960) Updated version of the Petri Compact. Like the Pen EE series, this model added a selenium meter, but unlike the Pen EE this meter did not set the exposure automatically. First, the film is dialed into the meter (on the camera top). ISO 10 - 800. Then the desired shutter speed is set on the left-side of the meter dial. When the camera is pointed at the subject, the meter needle points to the correct f-stop. The exposure settings are then transferred to the shutter speed and aperture rings around the lens. It is a quick and easy to understand system. It had a focusing 28mm (f2.8) lens. Speeds of B, 1/15 - 1/250. Cold flash shoe and PC contact. Square selenium meter next to viewfinder. Same index-finger film advance/shutter cocking system as the Petri Half. Parallax marks in the viewfinder. Rounding out the convenience features are a tripod socket and cable release socket.
