There were disc cameras sold under the ALFO and ALFON names but they are undoubtedly from the same company -- so they are listed here together. ALFON also sold a clip telephoto lens for its own, and other disc cameras -- which were really the same camera anyway. They even sold an water-proof housing -- together with the camera or as an accessory -- for some of its cameras, or others that were under a differentr label.
There were also several ALFON cameras that used 110 film, and they are listed in the 110
section.
12.5mm f2.8 lens. Accepts a bar flash. There is a large switch to cover/uncover the lens, and a small switch for "Sunny" or "Flash". It is the same as the Achiever 800 F, also made by Haking, of course.
12.9mm (f2.8) fixed focus lens -- yes, that's 12.9mm, not 12.5mm. Automatic exposure, built-in flash, and motor drive which has a five-year, built-in, lithium battery. Sliding cover for lens and viewfinder which also locks the shutter. It can be used "as is", but it also can be used in an accessory waterproof housing which was usable down to 15 feet.
It's an ALFON Disc 500 sold in a water-proof housing with a sports-finder on top which was usable down to 15 feet.
It's the same as the ALFON Disc 500 but it has a different name and a ROUND shutter release button instead of the SQUARE shutter release button on the ALFON Disc 500. It can be used in the ALFON water-proof housing, and it was also sold as the PALLAS Disc SNAPPER 500.
It has a 12.5mm f2.8 lens, a flash, a motor drive, a Cds meter, and a front cover that flips down. The meter controls the flash and is completely automatic. It is the same as the 3M 503, also made by Haking, of course.
