Minolta 16 PS kit
Here's everything you need to get started in subminiature photograpy. To begin, there is the Minolta 16 PS camera. It has a 25mm (f3.5-11) lens. Shutter speeds of 1/30 and 1/100. A lever on the front of the camera selects the shutter speed. The camera comes with a clever exposure system. First, the film speed was dialed in. The film speed range of the Ps is 12 - 200. Then the photographer rotated the f-stop dial to match up the appropriate idiot-weather symbol or f-stop. Built-in PC contact and tripod socket. The camera is very flexible and will give you great results. The PS is in fine operational condition, but has a few minor scratches that are not very noticeable. There are a few bright spots around the tripod socket and a few small scratches on the top. The viewfinder and exposure windows are perfectly clear. The f-stop and shutter speeds settings work perfectly. But this is not just the camera. It is a complete kit. Also included is the original camera case and owner's manuals -- both in mint condition. Also included is the Minolta PS flash bracket -- with box. It screws into the built-in tripod socket and allows the use of any flash unit on the camera. And this kit comes with the original Minolta Doufit S flash unit for use with AG1/1B flash bulbs. This unit is in mint condition and works fine. All it needs is a new #504 battery -- still available at www.photobattery.com. One AG1 bulb is included for display. Also included is the original display box -- a little shop worn, but complete -- and even the original silica gel pak. Want more? How about a copy (a COPY) of the Ted Rosenberg book, The Minolta 16 Guide? It tells you everything you need to know about this camera and how to use subminis. To use the camera, you also need a film cassette, and this kit includes an original -- still sealed in its plastic cassette holder -- not one of the fake ones seen so often on EBAY these days. Lastly, I'll throw in 10 feet of fresh Ilford FP4 (ISO 100) B&W film. That's enough film for 6 or 7 reloads. It's all yours for $70. Shipping included.
