The Sharan mini-cameras have become so popular that Minox has decided to jump on the bandwagon. This might be a case of "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em." But besides, if Sharan is selling a mini Leica why can't Leica sell it too? And since Leica owns Minox and the new mini-Leica uses Minox cassettes... Well, you get the idea. It's a match made in heaven. Anyway, the new Minox is the same as the Sharan mini-Leica (see the 5/19/00 new item).
The new camera doesn't say Sharan, it says Minox. And the lens doesn't say Azonon, it says Minotar.
